Originally part of the Rutherford family estate of Edgerston House, this early 19th century sawmill retains many of its period features including the mill and waterfall.

Accommodation comprises a double room and a Twin both with Ensuite facilities. Rooms are equipped with colour television and a tea and coffee tray. Breakfast is included in the guest tariff and is served in the dining room. Evening meals can also be provided on request by prior arrangement. Edgerston Mill is a strict no smoking B&B, but children and pets are more than welcome.
Room rates range from £25 to £30 per person per night inclusive of VAT and Full English Breakfast.
