Bridge House Guest House is located in the picturesque country village of Hawick on the English Scottish Border. The property dates back to 1760 a time when Hawick was a resting point for travelers between Edinburgh and London and was originally a stable block for the Old Tower Hotel. At a later date the stable block was converted into accommodation for the turn of the century textile industry for which Hawick is famous.
Now a Bed and Breakfast and a café, Bridge House is centrally located with a café and next to an excellent Italian Restaurant. It offers the benefits of proximity to the town centre but it does so in a quiet setting. Accommodation comprises six guest rooms arranged as a Double, a Single and four Twin rooms. All rooms are ensuite and come equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV.
The Guest Tariff is £50 per room per night based on 2 persons sharing. Single rooms are priced at £30.00. A Full English breakfast or a Continental option is served in the Café below, overlooking the river Teviot. Contental breakfasts are £3.50 with the full English just £4.95.
